Hi everyone,  I have an '03 F-250 6.0 PSD.  I love it!!! I installed a Donanhoe Racing 4.5" lift kit. I also installed his dual steering stabilizer. I'm running 35" BFG's All Terrains on 16x10 Mickey Thompson Classic Rims with simulated beadlocks.  I put a K&N Cold Air Intake, Silverline 304 Dual cat-back exhaust, Superchips flashpaq tuner, and a set of Autometer Cobalt gauges.  It has 60k miles, no problems.  I was wondering if anyone changed their serpentine belt.  Is it as hard as it looks??  According to the service manual, you have to cut the shroud and remove the fan/clutch assembly.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

THE MANUAL SAY TO CUT THE SHROUD, BUT IF YOU REMOVE THE TOP RADIATOR SUPPORTS AND PULL THE HARNESS AND RADIATOR BACK. YOU CAN THEN PULL THE FRONT PIECE OF THE SHROUD OUT. THEN YOU UNBOLT THE SHROUD AND FAN AND PULL OUT AS ONE.
