Finding Aftermarket ways to add Power. I have one 3126E 210hp 600tq and new C7 acert 300hp 860 tq i would like to add more power for climbing hills.

There's a few different ways, Edge, DR. Performance, and I think TS Performance all have plug in modules for them. I think it's only 40hp, but tq is about 90-120 more.

are the c-7 cats pretty durable we are getting some for powerpacks to replace some old Detroit 6v92s

Not really, they have their fair share of problems. The Detroit is more reliable, sad to say.

The new 07 acerts are not tuneable except from the factory and within specs. if you look on the intakes side of the block it should have a sticker that  says "altering the fuel system ecm would void warranty and/or cause a $2500 fine" so be carefull with thoes acerts. not to mention the new ecms code are a pain to crack. only the factory can do it and they wont for anything less than $10,000 or so im told.

They do fairly well, I see worst case at the dealership. I've seen some blow-by issues and some injector problems but other than that they seem to be pretty solid.
