Why does it take so long to load up each and every page of this site? I have DSL so I don't have to wait  like this. I would love to check out more of this site, but don't have time to wait.
Maybe you need to purchase more resources from your hosting company. (or maybe it's just my computer, although I doubt it. all other sites load up fast)

I've noticed the same thing. It's not just your computer.

2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie 4x4. H.O. Cummins, 6spd manual trans, 4.10 gearing. Intake, Exhaust, Hot Juice, HTT HTB2 62/12/65, Jake Brake, 305-65R17 (33 x 12.50) Pro-Comp Extreme All Terrains, SBC Con O FE, Fuel Tank Vent Mod,  Various other gizmos.

I-6 Cummins guys are keepin' it straight. Those other boys swing both ways.

I don't think any of the forum's administration is reading, or they would have replied, to explain why it's so slow. I'm thinking that it's all of the advertising. But other diesel forums with ads don't load this slow.

go buy a watchguard (http://www.watchguard.com/) it is a firewall or firebox

what this does is separates your computer from the internet

it will make your connection speed faster or in some cases the same as always

and then you can turn off that slow phishing filter (located under TOOLS)
(do not do this unless you have a firebox you don't want a virus)

but I think it is this site because it is constantly being updated with new stuff sometimes mine is even slow

if you do decide to buy one and it doesn't make it faster at least you can have peace in mind that virus going around won't get to your computer and fry it

warning fireboxs are expensive so try ebay I have the SOHO 6 outdated now

oh yeah, make sure you get the book and CD if you go the ebay way

and there are other brands some cheaper

here is a website so you can look
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?Recs=10&Nav=|c:1409|&Sort=4

there also in stores like best buy and office depot

just my 2 cents

Let the good coal roll
Warning !!!! I have an opinion and I am not afraid to use it !!!!!!
