I have a 99 7.3 standard trans. Ibought a superchips tuner and have been bitten by the HP bug, I want to buy a hypermax, max chip, that plugs into the back of the trucks computer, but I want to know if it is stackable with my superchips tuner, I have a pyrometer and boost gauge. I want to use my truck for local truck pulls, and this is the easiest way I can see to increase my HP

It is a Max Micro Tuner mdl. 1705, I appreciate your help, everyone at the various manufactures wont get involved for fear of liability reasons. If I blow it up its my problem.

You can stack them. I am running a superchips programmer with an Edge juice. The problem is that you are going to blow the head gaskets unless you install stronger head studs. It might not be the first time down but it is going to happen. The factory ford bolts are crap.

Thank you from the bottom of my oil pan, I just clicked on the pay now button and purchased the banks six gun. I dont want to be a pain in the a## but will you please walk me through the stacking instalation procedure, I want to get the most out of my truck and make sure I dont leave anything on the table. Which device do you install first, the superchips programer, or the six gun ? Thank you very much, Brian

sorry for the wait on me answering. THe 6-gun is basically an inline moduale that is connected to your MAP sensor and ICP(injection control pressure)sensor. The 6-gun will all ways be on your truck ready wen you need it.(connected MAP and ICP take srarp knife lay flat on main harness don't cut into harness just a slit big enough so you can get the 6-gun wiring through tape the wires to a long screwdriver to help and don't mess up the connectors. The EGT thing is a little bit of a pain but it is worth it get anti-sieze 7/16" drill bit 1/4" NPT tap and handle you must take the exhaust manifold off the truck in order to do this remmember not to tap to deeply this could prevent the EGT thing not to seal correctly so take your time on this 3 to 3.5 turns is all you want with the adaptor) read the instructions a 100 times if you have to but after it is installed (give me your e-mail adress and I will show you a cool place to put the 6-gun tuner)make sure your computer is back to stock cause I don't know how it will act in other setting when the batteries are disconnected before you install the 6-gun.STackin with the 6-gun hook up your superchip and proggram you 50 or 75 or 100 hp setting I would start with the lowest first then push the buttons on the 6-gun to L1(stock),L2(20%),L3(40%),L4(60%),L5(80%),or L6(100%) it will increase the fuel pressure on top of the superchip thus adding power and watch your EGT's and limit them to under 1300 F

I have a 2000 Ford 350 and I was trying to figure out if the Edge Attitude with juice monitor was compatible with the Banks Stinger Plus System.

I would not think so if the edge plugs into the diagnostic port the banks omittemind module goes onto the back of the ECM by the park brake
