I am looking for an exhaust system for my 05 6.0L powerstroke. I want it to be no   loader than stock but still give me the lower back pressure.
does anyone know of a system like that out there?

Definately Banks.  There is no intruding noise at highway speeds.  I had a Gibson Exhaust on my Dodge and the exhaust drone nearly drove me crazy.

Yes, my '04 F-250 has a 4" aluminized Bully Dog system on it. It was assembled with the muffled in the "Quiet" direction. My neighbors swear that the exhaust is quieter than stock, surprisingly. I can verify that the EGTs went down by about 200 degrees compared to the bulky, useless stock system. I may have issues with Ford and Navistar, but not with Bully Dog.

You hiding from someone? Let that PS whistle so everyone knows you're en route.

I had a Hemi with a megaflow exhaust and it was fun coming out of the light but not on the hwy at 2500 rpm for hours on end. I want an exhaust with little in cab noise.
has anyone tried installing more than one muffler?
has anyone had any experience with Aeroturbine? they claim to have stock noise levels.

i installed a 4 inch turbo back exhaust on my 2004 psd and i love it! there is a little rumble when you put your foot into the throttle but on the highway, its just as quiet as the stock exhaust. i also noticed a slight gain in hp.

what was the make?
I've been reading about it and it seems that the banks is the one. apparently they use dissipitating chamber that filters out the mid range drone. they even have a special one for the 03 powerstroke's load turbo whistle.

order one for an 04 same fit
the chamber does not affect the exhaust flow just the sound
