the F.A.S.S.(Fuel Air Separator System) it separats the air from the fuel and pumps it at 95gph to 150gph whick keeps the fuel to the injectors how is the 6-gun install coming along

Don't tell him to skim the coating off of his wires! Come on any good wiring guy know what a scotchlock is some people call them a (scotlock) as well for some reason. It is a little wire clip that you put your new wire (stripped) into the short side of it and take the other side that runs all the way through and take the factory wire and lay it in there and then clip the connector together this will seperate the coating on the factory wire in a small area and makes a good connection. We use this on all types of wiring applications including adding in things such as boxes, clearance lights, and many other applications. But don't skim your wires!! because then if you don't get it sealed but up properly you are just asking for problems! That is only to be used as a last resort if the scotchlock isn't making a good enough connection for some reason!!

The install went great, I am cunfused about the wire thing, every wire had a plug on it that simply had to be pluged in, there was nothing to scrape. I have a massive increase in power, in second gear with the clutch out and rolling about 15 mph if I stab the pedal to the floor it will roach the tires and spin right to red line. I have the superchips tuner set at high performance and the six gun set at L5, it runs out of fuel at L6 that is why I asked about the pump., I think I could get even more out of it if I could give it more fuel. I have great black smoke now, but Im hooked and I want more. I want to put 5 inch exhaust, and a high flow intake on it next, I know I could use 4 inch, but I want 5 inch so I will already be set up for a bigger turbo. What do you think?

I know the idea of stacking a programmer with a box is exciting to a lot of people with the huge power gains, but it you don't take care of that tranny you might as well go ahead and change your name from INeedBlackSmoke to INeedANewTranny. Especially once you change the fuel pump and changed out to a larger turbo. It's like playing russian roulette with your tranny yeah it may be fine for a little bit, but it will go out if not properly upgraded. I have a buddy with a 7.3L that he did the same thing to and I warned him just like I am you he just smirked and went yeah right 2 wks later his tranny completely grenaded due to the stock torque converter not being able to handle the loads being put on it.

trans is the first upgrade you need to make after being bitten by the power bug, i just smoked trans #4 and im shelling out the extra cash for an ATS stage 5.
150hp DP Tuner comp. reflash & edge juice w/ attitude. +turbo, compressor wheel, injectors, hpop, FASS, ZEX Nitrous, intake, 5" stacks. i made it 2 days on a stock trans without ever touching the nos.

It is a 6 speed manual, I upgraded the clutch 4 months ago when I had new syncro's and bearings put in buy a local trans shop. They did the work on the trans., and I did the install. Is there anything I need to worry about with this setup, I bouhgt this truck specifically because it was a manual, I assume that it is an ideal truck for this kind of thing, let me know if I am wrong. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Its great, I put it in the same place you did, very handy. I still dont know what you meant by scraping the wires, is there something I missed? Everything I did had a plug that replaced the stock plug, I didnt have to do any hard wiring. MASSIVE POWER INCREASE !!!!
