You may want to have an article in your mag about the Chief of Police on Guam, Paul Suba and that he is going to ticket any raised, lowered, or modified vehicle on Guam.

I think Massachusetts has some similar laws on the books. I've just passed this news along to the SEMA Action Network to see if they can fight it.

Well, around where I live & work, I think law enforcement is more about revenue generation than "protecting and serving."

They camp out in areas where they know it's like shooting fish in a barrel, and just write tickets in that one area all day.

Anyone that says departments don't have a "quota" for their officers is full of it.  

Theres a lot of meth and drug problems down here and nothing gets done because it costs the countys to mutch to prosucute,they make more money ticketing the locals on any thing they can find,Just yesterday I got a warning tickit on My rear bumper and My spare tire makes it hard to see the rear plates.He know Im not going to do anything about it and Im sure I will get a ticket in a day or two.  

ya its a bunch of B.S. the same kinda *** haoppens around were i live too. there is a lot of drugs goin around and they dont really do anything to the people they catch with them. but by god if your are speeding they will be on you like a fat boy on a cupcake. thy always wanna talk about having money in the budget thats B.S. as well. a little town north of me maybe 2500-300 people not much to it they just got 3 new dodge chargers with the hemi. talk about a waste thats were all the damn money goes.
