Have you tried to pull the Bully Dog out and return the PCM to stock? The reason I ask is, before my Edge Juice, I started with a Bully Dog Power Pup down-loader with the Outlook monitor. My truck did not like it one bit with rough idling just one of the problems. It would also buck and surge if I tried to trim the power down with the outlook and "economy" mode killed my fuel mileage by 3MPG!
I sent it back to Bully (truck ran fine with stock programming) they kept it for a couple weeks and sent it back "fixed" (no explanation). I put it back into the PCM, same thing. When I called the tech line, the guy on the other end absolutely REFUSED to acknowledge the fact there may be a problem with his product and instead try to blame the problems on the truck. "There's something wrong with your truck. It's not the programmer". Whatever. I boxed it up, sent it back to the retailer I bought it through and used the refund money toward the Edge Juice I'm running now. Problem solved!
