Hi All,
I am adding a pre-owned 6.9/7.3 Banks wastegated turbo to my 1990 F250 (60K mi) and am looking for a manual to assist me with some of the missing parts.
Also, has anyone seen an intercooler modified to fit the Ford 86-93' Banks Kit? I would suspect an intercooler might be a waste of time without pump and/or injector changes.

Have you checked the Banks site? Sometimes they have PDF files... well, ATS does, of their turbo systems. If not, maybe you can call for one.....

An after market intercooler is definitely NOT a wast of time. You can turn up your pump and run the '94 factory turbo injectors.

i havent seen one modified for those years but im sure with a little time on google you can find one for that truck
1997 f-250 7.3 powerstroke. just another old truck making big power hahaha
my lug nuts need more torque then what your honda makes

I run a non wastegated sidewinder on my 86 chevy yep a bit different animal,...93 6.5. It easily reaches 20#'s and 1200 degrees as fast as I can stomp on the pedal. ya don't even want to know how many pistons and blocks I've melted.
It definately needs a intercooler if it gets anywhere near enough fuel to make it smoke.
