I got a call, with good news and bad news, he said the WateGate was stuck open, he fixed that, and drove it, and it blew the intercooler apart. I've read that this is somewhat of a common problem with the plastic sides on the intercoolers, which my 05 has. A solid metal one should solve that problem, I really don't want to chance trying to put it back together, with my luck, it would be fine until some dark cold rainy night some 300 miles from home.
I've yet to drive it, but will post after I get it done.
As I mentioned I had been progressively loosing boost over a period of time, which was most likely the intercooler seperating.

(To do list), Billet buckets that work my handles, tansmission, stacks, injectors and maybe a performance turbo.

Yeah, if you get an all-metal intercooler with welded end-tanks, that should take care of that problem. Hope you get it back up and running soon!

That is the most over seen item. No one upgrades their IC its all about the cold air kit or the big exhaust or the chip or the turbo who cares about the IC till it is ripped apart when you are a milliom miles from home

I got the truck back, I'm nowing seeing ALLOT more boost, 40+ if I'm in it hard. I might wanna stay out of it to much, until I change the headbolts, but anyway.
Solid metal Intercooler, fixed wategate, runs like a totally different truck, a well spent 610 bucks, counting the new boost sensor that I most likely didn't need.
Thanks for listening everyone and the ideas.

Just glad to hear you got everything fixed. Nothing's better than a well-oiled and strong-running machine!

The guy that did the work for me, had it, he said it cost 1200 as stated by brad101985, which is the price that I found for after market ones as well. I guess I got a good deal on it at 500.

Yep, it's all about how many miles you put on it. If you're just putting around town and doing local driving, it's tolerable. If you're really racking them up, it can be painful.
I don't want to bum you guys out even more, but I read a story somewhere that said gas prices could keep going up for the next 5 years! Zoykes!

Fuel cost are crazy, it's 4.39/Gallon here in Oklahoma. Now that the weather is warming up, I'll be on my HD as much as possible.
