here a differnt thing look up the loan value at kellybluebook .com and see how much the resale value of our trucks has gone down cause of high fuel prices now would be the time for somebody in the market to buy a diesel if the needed one and could afford fuel cost I was looking for a motorcycle to drive to work and back but those guys are asking more than loan value for them I'd pay for what ones worth but not just cause they can rip some poor idot off when fuel is out of site. So I'm waiting til christmas when they dont sell that many and get a better deal.

That's a good point, Scott. It seems like now is really a buyer's market for used diesel trucks. There's always an upside to downsides, and if there's one at all with these nutty diesel prices, this is it.

As much as I tow I need a diesel I have alread owned all chevy ford and dodge
all used daily drivin trucks with around 60k on them
all of them were 2000 to 2001
all had the trannies go out and before 100k they would all be bruning oil and blue smoke every where
