No I think it is not getting gas. When I crank it over there is no smoke. I do not know how to check the fuel pressure. Glow plugs are fine. It will not start at all.

Find where the fuse is for the fuel pump (sending unit) and make sure it's good. The high-pressure pump (under the hood) is usually mechanically-driven.

No I have not. I opened up my high oil pressure and found it low on oil. Put oil in and still have nothing. I know about the ether. Someone mentioned the glow plug relay but it shows the voltage goes down so that tells me the relay is fine. This seems all funny that this happened after I put the Banks in. Any other ideas???

its the glow plug relay with the key off the two main post should read 12 volts with the key on one post will read 12 volts and 1 of the small posts will read 12 volts and the other will read nothing. now if your relay is fine then your idm is fried. also if it cranks there should be smoke coming out of the exhaust, meaning its getting fuel. check the fuel bowl screen, open up the bowl on the driver side inside theres a tiny screen, your gonna have to pull the filter and use a q tip to clean it. to check fuel pressure there is a shrader valve on the drive side of the fuel bowl you can use a tire gauge to check that.

You said it doesn't smoke when you try and start it,and it doesn't seem like it's getting fuel. You should get your fuel pump looked at to see if it's gone out.Maybe thats why it feels like it's not getting fuel.Hope this helps.
