ehh im not real sure... i put the smarty on lvl 8  with the torque on default injection timing on default and rail pressure on default and it wasnt much more power in my opinion...

im sure it would make a huge difference if i turned those things up but im scared to do it on a stock clutch/tranny lol

i can honestly say i LOVE the black smoke it puts out thou thats great for filling intersections up! lol

...im still waiting for everyone elses opinion on whether or not i can turn those things up for a few runs down the track without breakin anything so i will let u know if i do.

you said it wasn't much more powerful. So the Smarty is probably the better choice to invest into.

Are you running an automatic or a manual?  If you're running an automatic I wouldn't put the torque management above 3 or so on a stock automatic but I will tell you this, it's black and white when put the torque management up.  A friend of mine as a 539rwhp (this was before I got the TNT-R tune by the way)mustang and he rode in my truck and I had the torque management on four, and it responded better than his car, he was blown away.  As far as rail pressure DO NOT go above 3 and if you're on there don't stay on that for to long it will throw a code, you also risk the chance of cracking an injector.  if you put your foot down and you're stacking chips for injection timing don't go above 2 but if you're running stacked chips don't even mess with it, let your pressure box do the timing.

Just be careful, what mods do you have by the way? I could help you better depending on your mods

Thanks

John
