What about Longevity?

Lots of horse power is neet and racing is fun. But I'd like to see & hear more about what Diesels' original claim to fame is....their duty cycles & longevity. Seems like these aspects of Diesel are often forgotten and over shadowed by their fuel efficency and torque. Afterall, If your buying a diesel truck your paying extra $ for it and it only pays off if you drive the snot out of it. Put it in the Mag. & show the "out-siders" how they are worth their money.

hey guys I had one IT was a 2000 ford f350 and when i sold it it had over 370k on it and all i did was put alot of trannys in it. I had it sitting on 35s and was running a dynomite chip and gauges.  I drove the truck like i stole it and if i could hook up to it I would. I could find the truck if you guys want I know its still running and is pushing upward of 500k. The best part I never did a thing to the truck change the oil and the occasional u-joint. And alot of wheel bearings. I have pics of this truck doing everything from jumping to pulling large farm equipment and playing in the mud. IF i can help just pm me thanks
