Cummins on Smarty!!!

Is the Smarty as good as people rave about for the CR Cummins? The reason I ask is because i don't want to pay almost $700 for a programmer and it be only as good as a diablosport predator or a bully dog triple dog, or any other mediocre programmer/tuner i could have bought for way less than $700. Any help is greatly appreciated, i would like anyones inputs or experience with them

I got the Smarty because my Bully Dog had a mind of its own and my truck would do w/e it wanted. The Smarty is nice its like any other programmer tho with the different power settings and the free internet downloads. I like that it smokes alot more with the Smarty on. I try to use it for the fuel and have the Edge do the timing. Edge is unmatched when it come to timing.

stacking them will give to much timing and blow up the motor you stack to get the advantage of fuel. I got your back E2
