Am looking for a 4 cylinder TD to drop into my '98 Frontier 4x4 5-speed.  Seems the factory TD's are only available in Asia.  Any ideas where I might find one?

Mostly ricer engines for the Integras and 240 SXs and stuff, but they might be able to get you the engine you're looking for. I don't know of any off the top of my head, but maybe someone that does any Australian import/export business might be able to help, since I think the Aussie-market Frontier (or whatever they call it down there) has a diesel engine, but is otherwise similar to our Frontier.

Ouch!  Over here that truck would probably go for
40-50K easy.  I'll keep looking around, --mebbe find even a little isuzu TD, like we used to see in the pups & troopers awhile ago.  Thanks much for the info, tho, I'll check those sites out.
