anybody know how to remove the silencer ring on a 2006 dodge w/ cummins?

same way you remove it on any cummins, two screw drivers and a set of needle nose plyers, what you do is get a flat head screw driver under one side of the snap ring, then take the other and get it under the snap ring and work it around the groove to pop the ring out, if you find yours doesnt po completely out, use the plyers to pull it out, then the silincer ring will be loose and you can simply pull it out, DO NOT REPLACE THE SNAP RING!!

dont think so,
