Well are you running your crazy larry program all the time. If so thats probably why. If you run that program which I think is 230hp you're exhaust temperatures are not only high, but you're fuel pressure will probably be dangerously low, also you're turbo is probably really pushing it too. Here is what I would do.
I would do a combonation of purchases and put them all on the same time. Buy a lift pump an airdog is what I would buy, this will restore your already dangerously low fuel pressure will also give more power and increase MPG. The next thing I would do is upgrade your turbo, this will give you lower EGT's and also be able to withstand the massive amounts of boost you're making, in all honestly you're probably make 40bs or so and thats dangerously high for your stock turbo. The next thing would have to do is head studs, when you're producing all that boost, once you get above 40psi your chances of lifting the heads are greatly increased. Also, Water Meth is a MUST, it will drop your temps 150 to 200 degrees this will also help in fuel atomizationa and give you better mpg's. Buy an intercooler too this will drop another 200 to 250 degrees and also shove dense and more colder air into your engine and help you spool up faster. With these things you will be able to add roughly 150 to 200hp. I think your problem is the lack of air though. You do those things and you should be fine. All this will cost roughly 5 grand or so. Also what about your tranny? Reply back if you want bro

not that you did put if you put the prob in the wrong place it will not read right but if you are running it on its highest level it will soon burn up the engine YOU need an airdog or fass for the pump and industrial injection makes a dual feed line kit from your cp3 pump to the rail to cut down on pressure and help it retan itself when you take your foot out of it and slam it back down again it will help

Thanks for the replies was thinking about adding a twin turbo kit ,but with a twin/turbo kit does the new kit come with two turbos or one I don't know if you still use my stock one. I'm ordering a new BD Intercoller,afe-bladerunner,Snow boost cooler,I'm thinking about getting a fass system but witch one is best or should I go with duel cp3 becouse I'm wanting 100 or 150 hp Fuel Injectors.I also orderd stud kit.Now the clutch I'm ording is a duel disk 750hp/1500lb-torque with the Hyd, up-graid,I havent orded it yet any replies are helpful-THANK'S

If you do a twin kit. Head Studs and Fire and Orings are a necessity. To O ring your truck that will be prices my friend. You also have to mail your head in. ATS has a good one. Cost me about 1100 just and thats not including the install and taking it out. If you do big injectors then a CP3 would help. Would help stabalize your pressure. But if you did a CP3 You might as well go with bigger lines too. A whole new fuel system. You also are gonna want to do more to that tranny that just a clutch. If you're cranking out that much power, you will bust your input and output shafts so fast. Just PM me and I will give you more details.

Also if you're gonna do twins, Don't do BD, do either Industrial Injection (best) or ATS (Right behind them). I am waiting for ATS to come out with their 4000 to 6000 compound because it will give me over 90 psi.
