We install those kits here at my shop and have had huge success with CNG. It is acutally fumigated into the air intake right before the turbo and mixes with the air before it enters the engine. Of all the diesels we have done the Duramaxs are kicking butt and taking names. Up to 42 mpg on the 08 Duramax. Dodge and Ford a slacking a little with a range between 24-30 mpg but we are seeing at least double what they were getting before, and they are also getting 50-100 extra horse with lower egts.
