Im kinda new to the diesel scene so im probably about to ask a whole string of stupid questions. I recently put on a set of Grand Rock 7" stacks and have noticed that i get quicker turbo spool up which is great for gettin it movin quicker but it makes me wonder if i need to look for further upgrades. The stacks are the only upgrade currently on my truck and i worry the stock engine components will wear out faster if i dont replace them. Any insight anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to diesel power mag !! Give us a little info on your truck as far as if it's a 12 or 24v and what year it is. If it's a 12vavle i can give ya some cheap tricks to get you some more power but if it's a 24v well your gonna have to ask someone else lol!

okay, well cheap is out of the window, id look at getting a tuner of somesort, depending on how high you wanna go,  My favorite is the edge juice with attitude, its perfect for the daily driver and very easy to operate.  Id also upgrade to a FASS fuel system in order to make sure you have plenty of fuel going to your CP3 pump.  PM E2therock2, he has an 06 making some insane power that he built from the ground up, he'll know more about your particular year then me

1999 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Cummins 24 valve, 5spd with south bend 550hp+ clutch, 150 horse injectors, Fram Boost intake(for now), Edge Juice with attitude, 150 gph fass fuel pump and much more, all together 450 dyno proven HP and 1170 ft lbs.

for your 06 next should be a good quality dry intake like afe or one of those. then a smarty tuner and a pod of gages and you will be very happy and get another 1-3 mpg. start with that and if you want more which you will we'll get you there    oh and dont forget the Fass fuel system better filtration and will keep the cp3 alive alot longer and its nothing but smiles. then save for a full trans if your is auto if not a good southbend clutch and youll be set

just a southbend con of/ofe clutch whatever your torque limit they are rated by torque. call em up and tell them your goal and they will get you set up with a good clutch. other than that your drive train will be good to go. good luck hope it helps ya.

Do you think that the Banks Otto Mind w/ PDA would do me any good in addition to the High Ram Intake??

From what I have seen/heard Banks seems to get it's butt kicked by Edge on a fairly regular basis. The Banks products are big on the no smoke thing...and although their ads claim to make more power than the competition, in real life I think it's a different story.

2002 Dodge Ram 6 SPD Fass pump, afe cold air, mbrp 4" ss exhaust, 275hp RV injectors, edge ez, isspro gauges, South Bend clutch, track bar updated to 03-07 style, dss steering stabilizer system, 285 Cooper Discover

banks used to lead the indutry, espeically when the 24valves first came out.  personally, having been in or used either of the following products, id reccomend either a Edge Juice with attitude or a TST POWERMAX module.best things on the market, steer clear of the anything else, espeically quadzilla and bullydog, there products are decent and put out power, but longevity and reliablilty suck, thats why i reccomend edge.
