Just converted 93 6.5 Turbo from DMF to GM, OEM Solid Flywheel kit . Initially on first use, clutch got hung up, then was looked at, trans off. All looked good. After bleeding, heavy pedal ( and 'breakover' down at las 10% of pedal. Past 'breakover' pedal tension was better. THis lasted one day. Blew a crack in Master Cylinder. Thought it a quirk, master was replaced, and AGAIN only a day and it cracks, leaks. Did I say the pedal gets stiffer when warmed up? Mostly it seems really too stiff, despite my mechanic's opinion that it will work in and it is just heavy clutch ( OEM Solid kit, NOT after market Performance) What is causing the heavy pedal?
