Once you get the other cooling upgrades, you will then be able to bump up the settings on the bully dog. I almost say sell that bully dog though and go with a smarty  

Good call on the CFM manifold and it being pre drilled and tapped.  Didn't even think of that, nice.  

The black powder coated CFM intake with the tapped ports is on the way. My buddy put water injection on their pullin tractor so i'll probably talk to the guy that did theirs about puttin it on mine. I like the smarty but the big reason I got the bully dog is it has the outlook monitor to monitor things and has those extras like changin tire sizes but if anyone wants the triple dog anything is always for sale for the right price.  

You can do all that with the Smarty but you will have to buy guages though.  But see, the cool thing about the Smarty is that you can adjust so many different parameters, Torque management, rail pressure, fuel timing, RPM (with TNT-R tune), and shift points, and I think there's a couple of other things.  Not to mention that as far as programming, you can put the same size tune that bully dog runs, and guaranteed you will run 100 to 150 degrees cooler.  It's just an overall AMAZING unit.  

The Bully Dog is good, but man I would spend the money on some gauges.  Boost, pyro (EGT), and tranny sets in the pillar mount are real nice plus it's just a quick look to the left to see them.

I'd get the ISSPRO gauge set to match the factory dash gauges.

Yeah guages would be a good idea.  There are numerous websites that sell them in packages too.  Just shop around and see what they have to offer.  

I already have 3 autometer gauges in my pillar to monitor boost, pyro, and tranny. I wish i woulda gotten the smarty but i don't think i'll get it until i get rid of my triple dog. How many power settings does the smarty have?  

The way the smarty work is that they will have a 100hp tune but then there is another 100hp tune with timing so it's different.  There are nine differnt settings with 4 different HP levels and 4 levels which are the same HP but with added timing to them.  If that makes sense.  

Techinicaly the smarty has 10 power stages. Just go to madselectronics.com.  

I'll keep readin about the smarty's and see if i can sell my bully dog.  

Well i know nobody thinks i should but i'm gonna support my local diesel shop guy and try the edge nozzles. He told me i can just try them and see how i like em.  

The first setting is only half power though so it really doesn't even matter, it's not like anyone is going to use that.  At least I don't know anyone who does.  

Still concidered a stage thought. Right.
