does anybody use a boost fooler and what advantages do they offfer? will it work with the banks 6gun and pda? i have an 06 dodge quad cab w the 6gun and straight pipe and thats about all the performance til i get some extra green.  

It will help raise ur boost and give u a little more power. I have a bd boost builder i will sell for cheap. I only used it for about 3 months cause i bought it to see if would clear up my codes cause i was told by edge that i needed one. Well that wasn't the case. So if u r looking for one i have one for. Just pm me.

I use a quadzilla boost fooler with a bullydog tripple dog and it works well. I would not recomend using it without a tuner. If I have mine in stock mode w/fooler it doesn't get out of its own way(from a dead stop). However on the highway it helps with fuel economy.  

What can happen is that if you're building to much boost without a boost fooler.  Your truck will go into a defueling state and so takes away like 2/3 of power.  What the boost fooler does is FOOL the ECM into thinking it's punching out a certain amount of boost, lets say at WOT you're fooler is telling your ECM it's delivering 25lbs when in all actuallity it's like 40+  It takes advantage of the fuel you're delivering by giving more air to the engine thus more power anywhere between 10 to 50 hp depending on the mod's you have.
