EVERYTIME I post or change from one thread to another it take forever!!!! And it only happens in DIESEL POWER and not in any other web-site !! DIESEL POWER has to upgrade this problem, I might fall asleep in between post !!!  

I have no issues??  

I'm sitting behind 3 firewalls and 2 internet content filters and my only problem is I get logged off the site about 4 times a day.  It's definately something on your end.

Term Paper Writing Thesis Writing is so Bracing.  

Try this:

Open Internet Explorer and goto Tools, then Internet Options (or just Options).

Lower your internet cache size to 80MB, and clear out your cache.  This might take some time so be patient.

Right click your C drive, goto Properties, then on Disk Cleanup.  Let it run and delete the stuff you don't need.  Once this is done, Defrag your hard drive.

Again, these steps will all take time so go make some coffee, watch a movie, let it run overnight ..... especially if you've never done it before or it's been a long time.

I do mine at least twice a month.

Yeah, my best recommendation is to clear your cache every now and then. In terms of the logging out, it does the same thing to me, so don't feel too bad.
