I think that buing a new truck is like buying a new pair of shoes youre lookin for comfort, price, and reliability. so whichever you pick its up to you according to your budget.  

If you get the dodge be sure to get the MegaCab they are awesome plus the back seats recline and it feels like your in limo because there is so much space on the inside. Just a personal choice.  

Hi RichiesDiesel, I went to buy a DODGE, for the CUMMINS engine, but the DODGE DEALER, didn't want to give me the price I wanted, so I went to FORD, the FORD DEALER was kissing my A S S, they told me we can work it out, they gave my a STEAL-OF-A-DEAL !!! I like the FORD frame, body, interior, better than the DODGE, TRANNY wise I think the FORD is better, All the DODGE had was the CUMMINS and MEGA-CAB, but if you get the mega-cab you can't get a factory long-bed !!!! Let's see how good this 6.4 PSD dual-turbos engine is ????  

the mileage really sucks your wish you would not have let me know when it starts shooting flames out of the exhuast we can roost marshmollows  

hahahaha you think the new dodge and chevy dont have problems there hasnt been anyhting on the flames out of the exhaust on fords for a long time find some new info man thats old schit  

Hey Gunman41mag your right about the Dodge pricing they are proud of them but the resale is horrible. If Ford made their cabs alittle bit bigger like the megacab and dropped a cummins in it with a nice tranny you have the ultimate truck. I keeping my fingers crossed on this 6.0 Ford that I have. Of course the truck is in great shape but when this motor finally blows up it's off to surgery for a Cummins swap! i didnt say dodge or chevy didnt have problems but he was talking  about a ford and yes they  all have problems i seen 3 dodges new ones that they all had to have new turbos with less than 30,000 miles and they were all stock and yes they all screwed up with the new cats and dpfs they all need to find better ways than they have im including dodge to  

HI TIM, I will keep you in mind, I'm going to start adding parts little by little, cause I have a wife, and she can't understand WHY I need to spend $$$ on a brand new truck, I have to watch out, she has one HELL of a CUBAN temper !!!!!!  

The DPF funk up all 3 trucks, BUT I'm sure once the 5 years/ 100,000 miles warranty is up, MOST owners of the BIG 3 TRUCKS, are going to RIP-OUT the DPF !!!

Hey Gunman I don't know were these guys are getting there imfo. from, but I have drove GM all my life and so has everyone else in my family, and we haven't had any problems with IFS. I would not recomend a straight axle to anyone. I worked in an Auto repair shop for years and have never saw any failures there either. I have fixed a lot of Dodge/Ford trans though. D-Max all the way you won't regret it; I love ripping guys Cummins pouch a new ass  

I have two Dodges and Both are all stock. They work great for what I do, I also think that Dodge has the best truck  to take from the dealership to the playground. My 6.7 liter is an outstanding engine and the transmission is great. It all depends on your specific needs
