Yea i heard about that. Here in Wyo people watch their nieghbors place when they leave. The only trouble i ever had with Onstar in my truck was when in had just gotten both chips stacked and ahd just left Rawlins for Rock Springs and decided it would be fun just to see how fast the truck would go. I buried the needle at the needle stop and all the sudden my music stopped and a voice came on (some guy from Onstar) and told me he was sending the HP's after me. I imediatly slowed down and yes was pulled over by a trooper. Lucky for me i knew him so he let me off with a stern warning. Just out of curiosity i asked him how fast Onstar reported me going and he told me 136mph! I was shocked that i was really going that fast. Otherwise Onstar has really stayed off my back. I actually only used it once when i was down in Aurora looking for ATS and they gave me turn by turn directions. I think that if you just behave yourself and try not to do anything too crazy Onstar generally stays off your back. The IFS is the Chevy killer though, it sucks it makes everything way more expensive then it needs to be. Tire wear is great and the ride is smooth not to mention the truck handles like a sports car even with a lift, it just that i can't tow as heavy of loads (which would help when moving cattle). If Chevy would use solid axle the truck wouldn't be as girlish to drive. Just my thoughts...

Hey e2the rock, I hear that DODGE is coming with a new engine, 4.5 diesel with 300 HP and 500 TQ ? Since I don't have to pull a trailer the size of NOAH'S ARK full of cattle, out of a muddy chute, I can live with it !!! Think about it, they say it will give 30 MPG ?

Hey needpower, All he does is repeat himself, I'll BET he believes his own lies. Do you think duramax ben would his crap if he was face-to-face with us, instead of hiding behind his computer.

Wow, that's a pretty loaded question.  I'm sure you'll get a response for each of the big three.

I have a Ford Excursion and I love it!  With that said I bought it because I wanted a big SUV that could tow and get good mileage.  It is comfortable and I can haul my whole family and then some.

Honestly I doubt you can go wrong with any of the three.  Drive each one and see which one you like.  I think you can push bigger HP with GM and Dodge, GM seems to have the best mileage, but yet Ford still sells the most trucks.
