It was at one time but he has decided to keep it.
Always go lower then bargain up. It is at least worth a shot. But always keep looking but if you want it get just make sure that is what you want.

I'd offer him 23,900 and then slowly go up from there. 50,000 on an 2006 is a bit much but this engine will last you a long time.

The goto cars.com and carsdirect.com and do a nationwide search. I did it a couple days ago (I'm looking for the gold/khaki Dodge 2500 in an '06 SLT model) and they are out there and most are under 26k with decent miles.
Be patient, you'll find what you want.
You could also try Dave Smith in Kellogg, ID. I just bought my '06 and my '08 from them and I got incredible deals on both.

Thanks for thoes sites man. I am really considering this black one I found but im just going to wait till the auction ends. I talked to the guy today and he said the lowest he will go is 25,900..comes out to about 26,000 after all the stuff..but again thats with 50,000 miles. I could find a cheaper truck and just borrow alittle more than the vehicle and use that for some personal upgrades.
