I notice that Cummins is considering a V-block for the 1/2 ton Dodge in 2010 or 2011. Let's just hope it's better than the old 555 "triple nickel" Cummins of years ago. It wasn't so hot. Seems when they stayed with the inline they have had better success. Wish them well and can't wait to get a 1/2 ton diesel. Been due a long time for all the manufacturers.

The v blocks have already been developed and by now should have around 500,000 test miles on them
