??? P0016 code in a built 2007 cummins PLEASE HELP

I have had my motor built by woodruff. I got it back all was well and then it kicked a crank code i changed the sensor. A few days later got the p0016 code that is for cam and crank miss aliment i changed the cam sensor. The light stays on i have ran all the wires and all are getting power with no drop outs. with it hooked to a scaner the cam and crank are fine in graph.
