Like this car.It's great.I know that one can buy it in Europe.Want to buy it here,in USA.It will be cheaper.But where?

Short answer is...you can't. You can piece one together from parts and kits. In fact, Mopar offers a swap kit to put the 2.8L VM Motori diesel out of the Liberty in the Wrangler, but I think the swap is considered to be for "off-road use only."
Such a swap is technically illegal under federal law, but in terms of enforcement, it varies from state-to-state. I would not recommend doing it in California, but in states where there's not mandated smog testing, you could probably get away with it.
