It works great and makes the truck run MUCH quieter. I just thought I'd share....

I agree that it works (in 7.3's for sure). It increased our ’97s mileage by 1 mpg (14.1 to 15.1) over a 2-month period of running it.

Oh yeah! Alot of people are getting 1-2 MPG with no change in driving. And it's much easier on your injectors!

I run a quart every fill up. Half if I don't fill it all the way up. You'll defiantely notice a difference.

I know how you feel! But I like my stock gears and 38's. Once you get some good tuning you will too! I just make sure to run ashless 2-stroke. Just put about a quart per tank. Half for half... you know, use common sense. It's not gonna hurt anything. Too much will hurt your cetane rating though.

Just keep in mind that you probably DON'T want to use anything but #2 pump diesel for anything with any kind of emissions controls on it. Pre-'98 diesels, you're probably OK, but I wouldn't use it on any of the newer stuff.

Once again, esanchez proves he doesnt know what he's talking about.  You may not want to get SMOGGED with 2-stroke in your tank, but I've heard of lots of 6.0 and 7.3 owners running it with only positive results.

But no, da-redneck, I don't recommend it for you. Especially since you want to run your mouth in one thread, and ask questions in the next.

I'm not saying I know everything, but I know enough. Sure, if you straight-pipe your engine, and you don't have to worry about smog, that's fine. But it's irresponsible to advocate something that could potentially void a warranty or cause damage without telling the full story.

You are correct. I sure have been more detailed. I just expect everyone to use it at their own discression and possibly research a little before they do.

But it's no worse than DP mag telling people about running ATF. LOL

But yeah... I don't recommend it in 6.4's for sure.
