Six Gun problems

I have a '01 F-250 7.3 powerstroke. I bought a used Banks sixgun off ebay for my truck. It came complete, but the power and ground wires where removed from the back of the module. I tried hooking them back up but I can't get the display to power up. If I start the truck it idle's very rough. I called banks, but the only way I can get tech support is via email. I emailed them three times over the last four weeks with no reply. Dose anyone have a wiring diagram or some advice, or did I get burned on ebay. I already have a level 4 Big Hoss if that has an effect on the matter.

I was going to go with a TS 6 position chip but I was told I would have to ditch the Big Hoss, is that true. I am not out for big hp numbers, I just want to improve mileage and towing. I chose banks because I read that they don't blow as much smoke as other chips.
