Magazine Issue?

I have a picture of a Ford 350, with the old style body, crew cab with long bed.
On the back it says "Turbo Auto Diesel C o. " and then a name, then below that "Attorney At Law" and "Wide Open". The truck is black, has chrome stacks, a lift and decals down the side.
Was this truck in any magazine issue before? Where could I find a copy of the article on it or the magazine and perhaps get more info regarding what went into it?
