I think they should. The H2 should use the same bolt pattern as the 3/4 & 1-ton trucks. In fact, I think I've seen some 3/4 tons running around with H2 wheels. Anyone else know?

I thought they would aleast have to have a leveling kit or get into the fenders any way since they are already on wheels try them see if they will fit before you buy that way you'll know for sure

No the 35 inc hummer tires wont fit under a stock truck you will need at least a 4 inc lift to clear 35s, but the rims should fit but i don't know about the back b cuz of the full floating axle sticking out and the hummer rims don't have the hole in the middle for it, you could have the center machiened out to fit.
My dream truck:78 chevrolet K30 crew cab longbed, srw with d60, 14 bolt, nv4500, np205 and a 600 series cummins 5.9 rolling on 37 inc tires!!! A solid axle chevy with a cummins, it just dosn't get better then this. My real truck: 2004.5 Dogde Ram 3500 crew cab longbed 4x4, 5.9 cummins of course! All stock sadly Blowin smoke of course!!

I know with a leveling kit on an 04 dodge and some boring of the hubs on the h2 rims you can run them no problem with the 315's but on a chevy I don't know. here might be some useful info on the h2 wheels though.
H2 BP 8x6.5 sz 17x8.5 offset 18 mm bs 5.5 in hub 4.0
stock dodge wheels bp 8x6.5 17x8 offset 41 mm bs 6.25 hub 4.767 (hence boring of the hub on the rim) you can get that done at a machine shop for about 30 bux a rim or DIY with a carbide router bit/router or so I have heard. had my brother do mine in metal shop back in the states while I was deployed no pics sorry. if you put em on a dodge there is some modification that you have to do to the caps to get them to fit but still have to do that when I get back to the states so hope some of this helped if not Dodge drivers can use it.

oh yeah and the H2 wheels are lug centric not hub centric.
