the suject says it all....i bet it will fit if not use a 4BT....but how many people like the thought of a big sedan like the 300C with an 800hp cummins under the hood.....it think it would be sweet....as you can see from my other posts just minutes earlier in need to win the lottery.....theres just so many cars that would be better with a cummins under the hood

Dude, seriously .... the block weighs a half ton by itself. The frame on that car just won't support it.

I agree. Ironically enough, a Duramax swap into the 300 would make slightly more sense.

have you not seen older camaros, chevelles, C6 corvettes, and many others with these in them

You talking about the Duramax or the Cummins? I've seen a lot of D-max swaps into older musclecars. A few Cummins swaps, but not many.

You're also talking about "older" cars, that actually HAD a frame. The 300C is a uni-body style frame.
And I have yet to see someone drop a diesel in a Corvette.
