I just had injector #1 replaced along with the turbo. The injector failed and diluted the diesel. The turbo burned up shortly after. The initial symptom was a Low Fuel pressure ETF.
The truck ran fine for a week. Today I got a P0341. Shortly after the truck ran rough and wanted to stall. I limped it a few miles home. The stored codes are P0341 and P0016. I sure would appreciate some help with analyzing the problem.

The camshaft sensor is nested into a really tight space above the crank sensor and in front of the PCM. Do you suggest removing the large rectangular PCM housing to provide clearance? My shop manual and AllData have no detailed process or applicable tips for gaining access to the sensor. I sure could use a tip or two if you have one. Also, the tone ring has a space equal in length to 3 teeth. Is this the index mark? It does not appear to be teeth that were knocked off.
