I Have a 2007 6.0 that i have unstalled a banks 6 gun tunner 4" turbo back exhaust and a banks air intake. The truck ran like a bansheee when i put it all in but now that i have had it in for a year it runs poorly. When im coasting and i accelerate it just blows smoke and wont go faster. It eventually gets up to speed. Any help would be great.

What color of smoke?
This sounds more like a turbo issue or perhaps leaking boost pressure than a problem with the Banks stuff on the truck.

I have a 06 F250 i bought used with 60k in it, it seemed like a really nice truck until i tried towing my toy hauler with it. Its only an 8,000 pound trailer that my 99 f350 7.3 had no problems towing. On my way home with trailer my check engine like turned on and i continued to lose boost while cruising on the highway almost like my turbo was shutting off. Is it a wastegate issue? turbo issue? any ideas please let me know thanks James

I have a 04 f350 6.o and have hade many of the same parts and problems.most of them were from the EGR cooler abd EGR valve itsself. When this first happend 50,ooo miles I replaced the EGR cooler and EGR valve, also the intake air temp senser and cleaned the passages in the intake. All my power came back. Now 15,000 miles later I am seeing a loss of power, smoke and the turbo won,t spool right.I have asked many diesel shops and all have rec. the same thing. Get rid of the EGR system,or at least block the EGR valve off.I am going the off road full deleat kit.Apparently on this motor the EGR system has a big part to play in proper spoolup of the turbo (the VGT system)sticking vanes in the VGT can also be a problem.my turbo was replacsed at the time I repaired the EGR system and ths is not my problem this time. A check engine code 04040 I believe is sometimes set when mine started doing this.hope this is some help.
