If my truck sits for more than about 24 hours, when you start it, it often starts but seems to run out of fuel in about 5-10 seconds. If you pop the hood and manually prime the fuel system as if you just changed the fuel filter, it will pump up and then start and run.  Will then start the rest of the day and maybe the next am.
Does not appear to be any leaks.  Mileage is not affected.  Truck has 142,000 miles, otherwise runs fine with Banks pipe, Edge and cold air intake.

Any ideas???

Hey check out the fuel filter for starters. Sometimes the base of the filter where the water seperator(white plastic)is located can crack and/or inspect the sealing surface of the filter to the housing. If you have no luck, you might want to consider the primer as the fault source. Oftentimes, the primer seal dries out and creates an orifice for air to be drawn in. Remember, the Dmax fuel system is drawn in under vacuum from the CP3 pump to the tank. Any opening in the line to the pump will cause fuel to drain back once shut down. I believe you have a small leak, such as a crack, b/c it takes some time to occur.
