Hi I have a 2002 Duramax 6.6 it runs but shows no oil pressure on gauge I put manuel gauge on it only shows 5 psi I think oil pump this is my first time to work on a duramax can any one help

Unless you're running a very high or very low weight oil, then yes it would mean the pump is headed south.  Don't drive the truck until you replace the oil pump or you could lose the turbo and/or engine.
