i have an idea to make a jake brake for my 83 6.2l. the way they work is they turn off a few cylinders so they are only pumping air i believe. so i was wondering how i could go about installing a fuel shut off to a few lines. i was also wondering if this was even possible to put a jake brake on a 6.2l

believe the valves are doing something differnt besides no fuel . go to jacobs and look around on how it works. not sure if the valve train could handle it tho
