GAS to DIESEL swap 2003 Ford Excursion.

I have an 03 ford excursion with a triton v-10 in it. This thing is a beast an I would love for it to be a diesel. I know ford put 6.0l and 7.3l powerstrokes in excurisons so i don't think the swap should be extremely difficult. My concerns are what all am I going to have to change out, (fuel tank, fuel lines, new wiring harness)? I don't know exactly what needs to be done. Another question is do I go with the powerstroke, the cummins, or the durmax. I know the cummins can be done, and that there is a company that makes a kit for a ps to cummins swap. It sits on a F250 frame and is four wheel dirve, so there shouldn't be any concerns with the frame not handleing the weight. Any ideas or suggestions or tips would be great. Thanks
2003 Ford Excursion, Triton V-10, 4x4, 20" USA Forged Wheels with Micky Thompson ATZ Baja Claws, Gibson Exhuast, 411 gears in front and rear, air ride suspension, diablo sport power tune. All it needs is a diesel cuase 7 mpg sucks.

their is a guy on a website dieseltruckresource.com that has an excursion that he converted. i'm sure he would give you all the info you need
I burn more diesel and run more miles in a week the most of you people do in a month. ctds that have been used 97 3500, 98.5 3500, 98.5 3500,01 3500, 03 3500. those that are being used 06 3500, 07 3500. and yea these trucks earn their living
