I have a 2002 F350 7.3L that has a miss like if you had some fouled plugs in a gas burner at around 1.5 - 2 RPMs 40-50 mph it will almost rattle the doors off sometimes. It fill worse under a load like going up a hill or pulling something but if you change the RPMs give it more fuel or downshift it will go no problems. And if I plug it in at night it doesn't do it or its not as bad. I have changed the oil air filter and fuel filter it will idle OK and if it warms up it don't fill like its doing it.
Could it be from the IPR valve or high pressure oil pump?

Could be from a sticky IPR. You'd be time ahead if you just get it scanned and watch the values while doing some datalogging.
