I've bulled up 5 codes p0113 p0607 p1212 p0470 and p1211. I've just replaced the head gaskets the cam position sencer the injector O-rings some fuel lines. Any help would be thankful

the sensor/line that your talking about is your exhaust backpressure sensor which is for code po470. I looked up diag on this and you might have a short to power on the DB/LG wire causing 12 volts at icp. If you have 0volts (koeo with pcm diconnected) then your pcm took a crap. You may also have a wiring harness problem also check the wiring harness that runs over the valve cover on drivers side. do you have anyway of monitoring parameters while diaging. I can give you some other values at which wire and connector.

p1211 and 1212 are for uncontrolable icp with either koeo or koer. you can try to unplug the icp(located on the drivers head towards the front) and see if the idle will stay smooth and keep running. code p1280 should show up when you do this.what i meant before is your signal voltage may be to high. p1212 means your signal wire is staying over 1.625 volts with koeo.

I just had a truck just like yours and found the wiring to the ipr melted inside of the connector causing the wires to arc together and it would not start hot. look at the ipr connector really well both front and back.
