Aftermarket wheels with manual locking hubs

I am considering purchasing aftermarket wheels for my trucks and was wondering if anyone knows of an aftermarket wheel that would still allow the manual locking hubs to be used, all the wheels I have seen the center caps are covered.  
2000 Ford Excursion, 7.3 K&N
2003 F250, 7.3, Alliant Stg 1 Injectors, DPPP Chip, K&N Intake.

You could either cut a hole or buy center caps that are open or just leave the centercaps off, all these answers are sort of obvious but ya.

I was looking at Dick Cepek wheels either the DC1 or DC2.
