With a 2 inch leveling kit you'll be fine with those 35's. Running stock you can clear 33's. Your big concerns will be your offset and rubbing at your bump stops when you turn full left or right.
Do you have the tire size and wheel size? With this info we can help you more.

I have 315/70/17 on my truck which is a 34.6 in inches. They are Goodyear wrangler mtrs. I have 50k miles on them being not spun and rotated every 2k miles. My wheels are 17x10 the truck has a 4.5 inch fab tech lift. The tires look small on my truck. So u can check out what it looks like by my pictures but you shouldn't have a problem clearing them unless u put a snow plow on the front or for some reason add a excessive amount of weight. hope this helps some.

I also have a 2005 ram 2500 with a 2" leveling kit and 35x12.50r17 toyo mt's with factory wheels and the only problems that I have is that when I turn really deep you can hear them scrub on the arms that run to the axle on the frontend other than that good to go but thinking about adding fender flares because rocks are eating my paint up
