Nobody panic, I didn't run out.  This is a what if I don't pay attention one time scenario.  I was afraid when i picked up the truck that I would run out of fuel, and realized later that if I had, I'd have to prime it.  I just wanna know what I do to prime the engine so I'm prepared if something ever does happen.

Crack the line going into the injection pump, it's kinda down low on the side. Bump the starter, this will cause the lift pump to run for 30 seconds. Repeat until you see fuel. Tighten up the fitting, loosed injector lines 1 and 3 on the side of the head and turn over until it fires, then tighten them back up.
