what do you mean weird? smoking? missing? erratic idle? And was your chip set to stock before you took it in to the dealer? And can you pull any dtc's with the bully dog?

when the flash your truck they are reprograming it and if your truck was not changed back to the stock setting before they flashed it then you probably lost your bullydog

Are there any dtc's? there should be dtc's. So when it's idling the engine revs up and down? or is more of a miss and the tach stays the same?
If your bully dog was not set to stock before they swapped out the ficm... Than your bully dog is sitting with the old ficm... I'm no pro but My theory ( correct me if im wrong) is the new ficm is at stock and your ecu is bully dogged.... the bully dog is stuck on the ecu because it probably needs to retrieve (recognize) the ficm programming to move forward with programming. And does not recognize the stock ficm programming.
A. You either need to get the old ficm put it back on the truck to put it back to stock. than replace it with a new one.
B. Need to go get your ecm reflashed by ford to be calibrated with the new ficm.
If you go get the old ficm back from ford.. I can walk you through the procedures to do the work yourself, it's super easy. Takes 40 minutes max, A 1/4 inch ratchet 8mm, 10mm and pair of pliers.
Unless your dtc's are telling us other wise!!!!!!!!
