I have a 93 F350 with twin tanks. I have individual filter systems fed by electric pumps. I have a manual crossover on the floor so that I am not overflowing one tank from the other. I just replaced my crapped out walbro with a A/C Delco pump from the 1992 6.2 chevy. The pump is brand new and is working properly. I added a screen filter in between the tank and the pump to prevent any contamination of this pump. I cannot get the pump to prime or get any fuel out of the tank. The truck runs fine from the other tank. I have opened the filler cap and disconnected the line going to the filter under the cab in case I have too much air in the line. Nothing? Any suggestions as to what I have done wrong?

You can check this with the good flowing tank, but I think fuel should run out of the line when it's disconnected and below the fuel line of the tank...by gravity alone.
Maybe your fuel pickup inside the tank is broken? Maybe the loss of flow made your other electric pump burn out. So you have two electric pumps?
