As soon as i take off its sluggish then once the turbo gets going then it goes.

we we highway driving like 80 mph and hear a weird squeal from the turbo.
then the turbo changed to a differnt tone.
we did not lose any power. just the tone of the turbo change.
this is a 1 ton dodge dually with a cummings 2005.
